EXPERT VEIN TREATMENT

Personalized To You!

Every treatment plan at Precision Vein & Vascular starts with a diagnostic ultrasound and a one-on-one consultation.

We never recommend a procedure until we fully understand your condition.

VenaSeal closure procedure

VenaSeal Closure Procedure

VenaSeal is an FDA-approved treatment for chronic venous insufficiency. It uses a medical adhesive to close damaged veins and restore healthy blood flow — no heat, no multiple injections.

The procedure is straightforward and completed entirely in-office:

  1. A small catheter is inserted into the affected vein through a tiny entry point in the skin.

  2. The VenaSeal adhesive is delivered through the catheter at precise intervals along the vein.

  3. The vein is gently compressed to seal it shut permanently.

  4. Blood is naturally rerouted through surrounding healthy veins.

The entire process typically takes less than an hour.

Varithena (Polidocanol Injectable Foam) Treatment

Varithena is an FDA-approved injectable foam used to treat varicose veins and chronic venous insufficiency. It's a non-surgical, in-office treatment that eliminates problematic veins with a single injection.

Varithena polidocanol injectable foam treatment

A small amount of foam is injected directly into the affected vein. The foam fills the vein, causes it to collapse, and is naturally absorbed by the body. Blood is then redirected through healthier veins.

Microphlebectomy ambulatory phlebectomy

Microphlebectomy (Ambulatory Phlebectomy)

Microphlebectomy is a minimally invasive, in-office procedure used to remove large, bulging varicose veins just beneath the skin's surface.

Through a series of tiny punctures along the vein, the affected vein is gently removed using a small surgical hook. No stitches are needed, and the incisions are so small they heal on their own.

Venous Insufficiency Evaluation and Treatment

Chronic Venous Insufficiency is a condition where the veins in the legs struggle to return blood back to the heart. Over time, this causes blood to pool in the legs, leading to swelling, pain, skin changes, and in severe cases, open wounds.

Understanding the CEAP Classification

CVI is categorized using the CEAP classification system — a globally recognized scale that ranges from C0 (no visible signs) to C6 (active venous ulcer). It helps providers assess the severity of venous disease and guide the most appropriate treatment plan.

Venous insufficiency evaluation and treatment

At Precision Vein & Vascular, every evaluation begins with a thorough review of your symptoms, medical history, and a physical assessment. We use duplex ultrasound imaging to get a clear picture of how your veins are functioning — identifying reflux, obstruction, or other abnormalities with precision.

Radiofrequency ablation RFA for venous insufficiency

Radiofrequency Ablation (RFA) for Venous Insufficiency

Radiofrequency ablation is an FDA-approved, in-office procedure that uses thermal energy to close diseased veins and restore healthy blood flow. It is highly effective for chronic venous insufficiency and larger varicose veins, performed with local anesthesia.

The procedure takes about 45 to 60 minutes. A small catheter is inserted through a tiny entry point in the skin and delivers controlled radiofrequency energy to the vein wall, causing it to collapse and seal shut. Blood is then naturally rerouted through surrounding healthy veins.

Venous Reflux Ultrasound Studies & Duplex Imaging

A venous reflux ultrasound is a non-invasive imaging test that evaluates how blood flows through the veins in your legs. It helps identify venous reflux — when blood flows backward due to faulty vein valves.

In-House Imaging at Precision Vein & Vascular

We perform all ultrasound studies right here in our office — no referrals, no waiting, no extra appointments. Faster imaging means faster answers and a quicker path to treatment.

Venous reflux ultrasound studies & duplex imaging

A trained sonographer uses a handheld device to capture real-time images of your veins. The test is painless, requires no needles, and is completed right in our office.

Spider vein treatment sclerotherapy

Spider Vein Treatment (Sclerotherapy)

Spider veins are small, damaged veins visible beneath the skin, appearing as red, blue, or purple web-like lines. They're commonly caused by genetics, hormonal changes, or underlying venous insufficiency.

A sclerosant solution is injected directly into the affected veins, causing them to collapse and fade as the body naturally absorbs them over time.

Compression Therapy Management

Compression therapy is often the first step in managing venous disease. It involves wearing specially designed stockings or garments that apply gentle, graduated pressure to the legs to support healthy circulation.

Professional Fitting at Precision Vein & Vascular

Not all compression garments are created equal. Our team provides professional fittings to ensure you receive the correct sizing and compression grade for your specific condition — because an ill-fitting garment won't deliver the results you need.

Compression therapy management

Compression therapy supports your veins and helps your body work the way it should.

  • Reduces leg swelling and heaviness

  • Relieves discomfort and fatigue

  • Improves circulation and blood flow

  • Helps prevent venous disease from progressing

Chronic wound vascular evaluation

Chronic Wound Vascular Evaluation

A chronic wound vascular evaluation determines whether poor circulation or vein disease is preventing a wound from healing. Many chronic wounds — especially on the lower legs and feet — are directly linked to vascular disease, and treating that root cause is often the key to finally getting them to heal.

We take a thorough, vascular-focused approach to evaluating patients with non-healing wounds.

  • Comprehensive vascular assessment to identify circulation issues

  • In-house duplex ultrasound to evaluate venous and arterial flow

  • Personalized treatment plans targeting the underlying vascular cause

  • Close monitoring to track wound healing progress

Peripheral Vascular Screening & Lower Extremity Circulation Assessment

A peripheral vascular screening is a non-invasive evaluation that checks blood flow and circulation in the legs and feet. Preventive screening can catch vascular problems early — before they progress into serious complications like limb loss or non-healing wounds.

Peripheral vascular screening & lower extremity circulation assessment

This screening is recommended for patients who have:

  • Diabetes or high blood pressure

  • A history of smoking

  • Leg pain, cramping, or fatigue with walking

  • Cold feet or poor wound healing

  • A family history of vascular disease

Lymphedema therapy & management

Lymphedema Therapy & Management

Lymphedema is a chronic condition where the lymphatic system fails to drain fluid properly, causing persistent swelling in the legs or arms. It can develop on its own or alongside an underlying vascular condition.

We evaluate lymphedema with a focus on identifying contributing vascular factors and creating a personalized management plan to reduce swelling and improve quality of life.
